Yin & Pin Workshop

Find harmony in the transition of seasons with the passive practice of Yin yoga, followed by a meditative Acupuncture treatment. Yin yoga incorporates holding poses to open up the deepest muscle and connective tissue of the body.
Specially chosen acupuncture points will restore the body's energy, boost the immune system, reduce stress and release imbalances to allow for deep healing. Combined, you will be hitting the ultimate reset button for the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga for kids ages 5-9!
They'll experience yoga in a way suited for their age that is fun, engaging, and beneficial to their well-being - whether they realize it or not! Classes are 1 hour long and are immersed in yoga concepts through energetic play, social interaction, and winding down to relaxation for the busy mind and body. When our little ones are stressed out or in flux, they'll learn yoga techniques that they can apply everyday while learning mindfulness and coping skills. They can take this practice with them for life!
FRIDAYS @ 330PM
Tween Yoganites are for kids ages 10-14. This class will begin to immerse our t'weens into a more structured yoga practice that is fun and creative. This class will help build self-confidence while giving them the space to learn more about themselves through yoga.
Body awareness, self-inquiry, and mental, emotional, and physical conditioning will be built through asana practice, breath, and meditation.
