Join Laura Beth and her Kirtan group, The Love Tribe, for this special workshop every yoganite must experience.
Kirtan is another form of yoga, predominantly practiced in the Bhakti yoga tradition. It is the yoga of devotion. It is a practice that will help get you out of your own head and into your heart. It will help build courage and inspire the freedom of not caring what anyone else thinks through letting go and chanting!
This evening will be filled with community through the practice of call and response, with Laura Beth leading the way.
