Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga
Designed for women (and Daddy's welcome!) of all trimesters of pregnancy and for mothers recovering after labor. This special class takes into consideration all the changes happening in the body and where moms and moms-to-be can interact and practice yoga safely for their growing bellies and aching arms and back from carrying baby. This class can help relax anxiety or stress due to labor or the new realities of child rearing, strengthen muscles that can help during and after labor, and stretch areas to alleviate tension.
