 Classes are taught for mixed level experience. From beginner to advanced, we've got the modifications covered.
Always delivering the basics, while challenging you to push your limits just a tad more each time… comfortably. All classes are 1 hour long, unless specified.

HOUSE FLOW

BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

A solid Power Vinyasa practice that is designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and stamina. This energetic and powerful style of yoga will flow you from pose to pose while connecting your breathing with your movements. This class will zone you in on your practice, exercising both your mind and body. If you're ready for a vitality boosting workout that gently winds down into relaxation...then you can add House Flow to your regularly prescribed dosage for mental and physical happiness.

If you can't decide whether yoga, wine, or beer relaxes you more, then join us for "ON THE HOUSE" FLOW. Relax, unwind, and mingle with your instructor and fellow yoganites after class with a taste of wine or craft beer choice of the week. Cheers!

INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

You're not in the Amazon or the Congo… but we’ll make it feel like you are.
In a heated room ranging from 85-95 degrees with 40% humidity, you’re in for a swim! All the benefits of House Flow, but with more.
The heat helps you reach new levels of flexibility, using breath as a way to manage your temperature, endurance, and control, intensifying your cardio, detoxing the crap out of your muscles, organs, and glands through sweat, all the while challenging your focus even further.
We have towels ready for you to catch all those calories you’ll burn.

You may find yourself consistently in “GO” mode, constantly busy, having no time, usually in a rush, forever realizing that “it never ends…,” and your mind never taking a break from it all. It can wear you down and with enough of that you can experience burn-out, low energy, and regular fatigue. Restorative yoga brings its own challenges in that you hold stretch poses for minutes at a time, yet comfortably with the use of props to enhance flexibility gently. It exercises the mind to find stillness and to stop the constant thought chatter.

PRE & POST NATAL YOGA

 

BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED

Designed for women (and Daddy's welcome!) of all trimesters of pregnancy and for mothers recovering after labor. This special class takes into consideration all the changes happening to the body and where moms and moms-to-be can interact and practice yoga safely for their growing bellies or aching arms and back from carrying baby. This class can help relax anxiety or stress due to or after labor, strengthen muscles that can help during and after labor, and stretch areas to alleviate tension.

“House Yoga…Why should I do this silly class?”

1. Reduce stress by stretching out your tensed out muscles, while
boosting your endorphins, to improve your mood and the way you feel.
2. Increase your range of motion, allowing for better balance.
3. Increase blood flow and nutrient circulation to muscles and cartilage to prevent soreness and general muscle discomfort.
4. Increase your flexibility, because aging gradually makes your muscles shorter and tighter, making you more susceptible to injuries.
5. Alleviate lower back pain especially for the professional office chair champion.

Little Yoganites Icon
LITTLE YOGANITES

Kid yoga for ages 5-9 that is fun, engaging, and beneficial to their well-being.
Classes are 1 hour long and are immersed in yoga concepts through energetic play, social interaction, and winding down to relaxation for the busy mind and body.
They’ll learn yoga techniques that they can apply everyday while learning mindfulness and coping skills that they can take with them for life.
Parents or guardians may drop off child and return for pick-up.

Nidra is a guided meditative practice while lying in shavasana. The practice helps you build awareness of your body and breath to help reduce stress, enhance focus and concentration, and to encourage stillness. Some call it “yogic sleep”. Your yoga teacher will use a variety of meditative exercises ranging from body scans, imagery, journey, sense perception, visualization, repeating mantras or intentions, and breath and energy awareness. A mental practice is needed as much, and sometimes more, than a physical practice. Having both strengthens the whole.

Using a YOGABODY trapeze, an inversion therapy tool designed to allow you to invert, backbend, and strengthen your back, upper body, and core in a way that uses gravity and your own body weight - all while hanging from the ceiling. Helps with relieving back pain by decompressing the spine, going deeper into yoga postures, and feeling the freedom of being suspending in mid air. All these benefits may have you coming back for more!
